We started the company in 2017 but were forced into a break due to the pandemic. We're back now to create loft conversions across Essex and Kent

Types of loft conversions
Dormer conversion
Construction of a dormer to the rear of the property to create space for a living area. We can take care of your loft conversion plans or work from plans you already have,
"Velux" conversion
If you have the desired headroom space, this type of construction is ideal to create a bright room without the need for a dormer.
Hip to gable conversion
The roof of this construction is extended to create the desired space needed to maximise the space in the loft for a conversion.
